The "Pint of Portland” - Double IPA Sourdough

A tribute to the bitter, piney, aggressively over-hopped soul of the Pacific Northwest craft beer scene. It’s an artisan sourdough that uses a double IPA, Hopocalypse Now, from local Gloom & Doom Brewing Co.
